It would be great if we can setup users with a company and/or team and to then have the ability to filter posts on a per company, per team basis - great for B2B!

Hey everyone, we just released the ability to see all posts for a company under the Canny 2.0 Admin Users page.
Finding a company is now simple and fast, you just have to search for its name. Members of that company are also now shown in the filtered user results below.
Let us know if you have any questions!

Filter feedback by customer

As a CSM, I want a filtered roadmap board that only shows the items that were requested by users of a customer.

I'm a big +1 on this idea. The basic thing I'd like to see is the ability to edit the company for any user, and then use group by to filter.

I'm a +1 on this. Having an attribute that is a multiple choice attribute that is the company name would be helpful. A "customers impacted" column.
One idea on this is that it could relate to the domain name of the reporter, so it could be auto-populated if the customer reported directly, and then voters could get it too. The issue would then be allowing self-reporter to vote "on behalf of" a customer domain.
Another way to think of this is allowing companies to be voters, and then you could easily filter by voter.

Hi David, with our segmentation feature you can create a segment that only includes users from a specific company. Then you can filter feedback to only show the ones with votes from that company.
Is this what you're looking for?

Sarah Hum: That doesn’t scale for us. We have >500 clients.
An autocomplete textfield where you can type the company name would be very helpful

Educational Koi: In that case, you might want to consider sending in a custom field (e.g. CSM is David) and then you can create a segment with just that one attribute.

Sarah Hum: I meant it does not scale because of the UI. Having 500+ customer segments does not seem to scale well UI wise. But that’s an assumption on my part

Educational Koi: Got it. I'm going to adjust the title of this post. Thanks for the feedback!
