Allow users to edit the CSS to better match the application's style. Allow users to set another font-family, button radius, card color (instead of blank green) and so on. This would include editing labels i.e. give them different color, border radius, etc.

Unfair Roundworm
Canny is great and we are using it but by wanting to offer everything, there is no real focus and many features are lacking for real use. As a result we decided to use an alternative solution for everything related to product announcements. Combined with Canny, we are really satisfied of the possibilities.

I would also like to change the position of the iframe that pops up. Currently, it's always set to absolute which cases some issues on our app when a user scrolls the underlying page and the widget disappears.
