Create a Changelog entry from an existing post

Problem:
I am lazy, and would like my completed posts (e.g. a feature request) to be easily or automatically added to the Changelog.
Possible solution:
- Add an admin button (e.g. "Show in Changelog") to existing posts
- Clicking the button shows the "New Changelog entry" form filled out with the existing post's data.

This would be such a great feature. I write updates manually in Beamer right now, but this could be a killer add-on. Go one further and enhance the post with GPT!
