Provide the ability to automatically notify selected staff members when a patient books an appointment through the online booking site. Notifications should be configurable by recipient, location, provider, appointment type, or other relevant criteria.

Clinics relies heavily on online scheduling, but there is currently no efficient way to alert the appropriate team members when a patient books an appointment online. Staff must continuously monitor the schedule to identify new online bookings, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of appointments being overlooked. Configurable notifications would allow the right people to be informed immediately so they can review appointments, complete any necessary follow-up, and ensure patients have a smooth scheduling experience
