Really love Canny and how it allows me to communicate with customers. Often times they ask for features and there are workarounds, which I can comment and tell them about while they are waiting on the feature. I feel like Canny would be a great spot to have my users communicate and collaborate with other users. I understand it's not really your core use-case, but I feel Canny would be a great place and would be something we'd be willing to pay more for if it existed.
