Boards may be created for different products and it would be helpful to assign boards to a changelog rather than a single log across all boards.

We have boards setup for each product, so ideally we'd like to have a changelog for each.
One changelog for all of them is unworkable without at least 2 tagging "levels," one for category/product/board, one for post status (what you currently call "labels").
