Detect the viewers browser language and display the appropriate changelog entries.

The Changelog page seems to be auto-translating between English and Japanese for us but the the changelog widget we embed in our site doesn't auto-translate. The widget displays in the original language regardless of the user's language.
Is this issue specifically about the changelog widget, or is there another post about enabling auto-translation for the widget?
