I don’t receive Canny invoices in the mail, which the accounting department requires of me. (And the complexity of corporate mail and the hierarchy of the company does not allow me to send it to the direct mail of accounting office
And I don’t want to disturb Canny team every month and ask to send them to me via chat support.)
