Instead of requiring users to create posts and submit feedback through a full portal, it'd be great if there was a "quick feedback" option, similar to an Intercom chat modal.

I would like a feature where users can submit feedback through the intercom messenger without being able to see existing posts. This would allow users to contribute their thoughts without starting a conversation with us and without seeing the backlog of bugs or other posts.

I see this is an old ask -there is a new competitor (acute) that has integration into messenger/operator in Intercom so that users can not only see and leave feedback, but also the roadmap... I really don't want to have to switch over. Can we get a timeline on this?

Yes! Or ability to have customers give feedback when they're on a specific page, and that feedback will go to a specific board. Then it can remain private, but easy to give and organise the feedback.

We use Intercom and love it. Would be great to have a popup like that within our app.
