Cannot see the submit button for changelogs on mobile

I can't see the submit button however I scroll and can't post anything on mobile.

I use chrome on Google pixel 6a

Thanks for flagging this. Not being able to see the submit button on mobile definitely makes it hard to post changelog updates.
