When I mark a post complete, I'd love to be prompted to link it to a new or existing (draft) changelog entry.

When I link a post from a changelog entry, I'd love to be prompted to mark the post complete.

In both cases, I'd like the changelog entry to be more prominently featured in the comment associated with the status update on the post.

Unless I'm missing something, this is all manual at the moment and I'm not that organised!
