Autopilot in Ideas mode to create upvotes on the board

Currently, a big blocker for out team from using the Ideas is the fact that auto-pilot doesn't create upvotes on behalf of the client on the regular board, as it used to be. We would prefer it to create upvotes first and then load the info to ideas.

Hi Sarah Hum! In our case we have board that is fully private and used in our organization as internal tool. We have 23 account managers and over 120 acount executives who submit feedback on behalf of our clients. Another important note is that they spend their whole day in Hubspot, and that's why it was important for us that Canny works via integration within HS, so they don't need to go to external tools. Before the Ideas launch, autopilot could scan AM/AE's conversation with client in Gong and create posts with feedback. AM/AE would have visibility of which feature requests are already counted, keep track of clients' needs to provide a better service, and add manually feedback that was not caught by autopilot. Now, since the Ideas launch, that feedback is hidden from everyone except for PMs responsible for their Ideas groups. And this basically broke the main value we used to get from Canny - having an internal board linked with HS with visibility for the whole company.
