Automation: Slack/Teams actions

It would be useful to have an automation workflow like:
- When a post is created
- Filter by specific boards/categories/tags/etc.
- Ping X channel in Slack/Teams/Discord
This would replace some of the functionality from our Slack/Teams/Discord integrations, and build on top of our automation hub instead.
