Our Canny Admins often add user feedback to Canny on behalf of users. We typically search through a specific roadmap to see if the feedback exists already or not, and if not, create the post so it can be added to the roadmap we are viewing. After creating the post we have to scroll down to the bottom of the roadmap, click on the post, and add it to the roadmap we are currently viewing. Would be nice if this was streamlined and automatically added to the roadmap when the post is created.

Canny Automation features now support adding new posts to a roadmap. You can narrow it down to a specific board and/or specific keywords. Head to your automation settings to set this up!

Agreed, I feel like there must be someone add posts in bulk to a roadmap but I can't find it. Especially with the new scoring options having roadmaps with lots of posts to compare would be helpful.

Agreed! Since a new product pod could pop up at any time, and there are hundreds of posts tagged and labeled, if a new roadmap is created it would be good to pre-populate it using a specific label so that the pod now knows what posts apply to it right off the bat instead of searching and adding each individually. This could be really time consuming if it is 50 posts

This would be helpful. General effort and impact for a post typically exists outside of a specific roadmap context for us, so I'm considering making an "All Posts" roadmap on which we can sort all posts by score to determine what to prioritize next. Having all new posts (ideally matched by filter) automatically added to that roadmap would save me time and would ensure I didn't miss any.
