Automatic Bulk Upload Facility Breakout

ex. customer has a Utility dataset where each task is a single facility (i.e. ~200 tasks, each as a single facility). Suppose they have a single file with bulk utilities (i.e. 1 file that has utilities for 200 facilities — electiricty, water, etc in different tabs)
We need a way to automatically break up the bulk upload for the utility information so it can be allocated to the individual ~200 tasks instead of clients needing to go into each individual facility and upload it at the facility/task level

Thanks for writing this up. I understand the ask: you have one bulk utilities file covering lots of facilities and you want Canny to automatically split it out and attach the right data to each facility task, instead of uploading to each one manually.
