Some users create posts or upvotes with a personal email or a different one than the one they have an account with in our product. When I know their company, I'd like to assign it manually to their profile in order not to forget who they are, and because I need that info to be distributed in Productboard via my Zapier.

I also have this problem, and the workaround I use is to manually create a POST request to the Users > Create_or_Update API endpoint using Postman (or equivalent tool). It's a huge pain.

, I've written a Python script that loops through our Canny user base on a weekly cadence (via cron), finds all users without a Company assigned, then posts that list of Users to an internal Slack channel. Then we manually determine the Company per user (typically via a simple Google search) and update the Canny User Company via an API request to the endpoint listed above.
