Allow original message to be shown when no feedback found

Autopilot automatically suggests that there is feedback with no feedback or there is low confidence in the feedback. If so, I should be able to open it and review that information.
In my migration process, I've had massive blocks of information missed because Autopilot has low confidence but I am left to retrace my steps to find the original feedback I submitted and enter it in manually.

Thanks for sharing this. Totally makes sense.
Right now when Autopilot skips something due to low confidence, it can be hard to review what it saw and that can definitely create extra work during a migration.
We will share this with the team as a request to let you open the skipped item and view the original message or transcript context even when no feedback is detected. We will let you know if we have an update.
