Allow more control over which Intercom conversations autopilot processes

We enabled autopilot for Intercom a few days ago and have been loving the results ... however, our Data Privacy team have concluded that we're unable to use it as:
- Canny's servers are hosted outside of the EU
- Our support conversations in Intercom can contain potentially sensitive data about minors (students)
As such, we're not legally permitted to allow Canny to access our Intercom conversations.
As you guys confirmed to our Data Privacy team that there are no plans to provide Canny hosting in the EU, it would be extremely helpful for us if we could have more control over which Intercom conversations Canny autopilot processes.
At the moment, all closed conversations are processed. It'd be great if we could choose to e.g. only have conversations with/without a certain tag processed (so e.g. if our support team apply a 'no-autopilot' tag to a conversation, Canny doesn't process it).

Thank you for posting, Dutch white Landfowl! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria or tags would you like to use to filter conversations for autopilot processing?
- Are there any other data privacy concerns or requirements we should be aware of when implementing this feature?
- Would you need the ability to retroactively apply these filters to past conversations, or is it sufficient to apply them only to new conversations?
