Add Zendesk ticket ID to Zapier trigger data

When a Zapier trigger happens, like New Vote, we should also pass the associated Zendesk ticket ID (and other integration data, if applicable), with that trigger.

When a post or vote is created we should also send "zendeskTicketID" or similar properties of the target entity. One of our customers has the following flow so they need it:
- Create a vote using Zendesk integration (we add a zendeskTicketID)
- When vote is created trigger Zapier automatically.
- Customer expects to see "zendeskTicketID" in the delivery.
