We are aiming to give our Client Success Managers more visibility into Jira ticket status updates via the integration. We use more than 3 total that can indicate movement/progress/updates on any given ticket prior to completion. In other words, three statuses isn't enough to provide regular updates for our CS team and they really only see when a ticket is started and finished. This does not help them keep their clients updated on progress if need be!

Currently I am limited to 3 roadmap columns, but a fourth one for completed would be awesome. I'd also like to limit the amount of time a "completed" item would show, so a setting allowing me to adjust that would be nice.

Tangerine yellow Harrier yes agreed -- just giving us candidate/under-review for customers to see and engage with (versus the board) would be helpful. And I like what Capacities.io is doing with "recently completed" (versus the terminal Complete)
