Add a inbox/place to order new feature requests

Our CS team regularly sends us feature requests on behalf of our merchants (in slack or zendesk).
While we can link them to existing posts, if they need a new post created we create jira tickets to keep track of them.
Then when we're ready/have time to move them to Canny, we copy the info across, template it and ensure all the right information is available.
What we would love is a way to automatically send the CS feature request information directly to Canny. This could be an inbox, essentially with new feature requests that need to be sorted and put into the correct boards. This would save us having to use Jira as the middleman but ensure we still have everything organised and things aren't missed.

Hi Jessie, any reason why your CS team can't create new posts via the Zendesk/Slack integrations? They should be able to do that directly.

Sarah Hum: Hey! We have a specific template for our requests that includes info the product managers need. Our CS team doesn't directly write this up and instead just gives us the basic use case and examples. Only specific teams who are trained and have the time to write the level of detail required for our product managers.

Mushy Cephalopod: Gotcha, in that case, here's what I would recommend with what Canny can do today. You can have CS members make the post with the basic use case details/examples (you can optionally make a dedicated board for these requests). From there, you can have your trained people go in and adjust, make edits, etc. and move it to the appropriate board. This should be effectively an "inbox". Hope that helps!
