Ability to use a custom field when linking Hubspot Deal Amounts

Users using multiple currencies in Hubspot need the ability to specify a custom field (e.g. "Amount in USD") when linking Deals to Canny posts.

Currently, Canny only pulls the default Deal amount, which causes incorrect USD values when deals are in other currencies.
