Currently, Canny's csv post import sets the author of the post as the admin performing the import. I suggest adding a field to the import that would set the post author to the user giving the feedback.

In addition to the current import values it would be useful to be able to import the name of the person making the suggestion and any additional comments and the name of the user who made those comments

- Could you provide more details on the format of the comments you'd like to import? For example, would they be in a separate column for each comment or all in one column?
- Would you like to import multiple comments per user or just one comment per user?
- What is the maximum length of the comments that you would like to import?

Sarah Hum Ideally, a separate column per comment (associated with the user), one comment at a time. So if one user has made multiple comments in our existing forum, we would add multiple comments in Canny.
What is the max length of the current comment field? I would expect to be able to import the same.
The other option would be to allow me to comment on behalf of the user.
At the moment I am adding a new feature on behalf of the user and then merging, but this puts my name all over the request
