I wish I could add custom instructions/prompt to the Smart Replies engine so that I could be confident in the questions it would ask our users. For example, it currently seems to ask the user to identify security requirements relating to their suggestion. However, in our industry, our customers expect US to be the experts in security and compliance, and asking these types of questions would make us look somewhat incompetent.
