Rocketbots integration would allow you to copy and paste a canny post URL into the comments/notes section of the crisp chat. And when the feature is closed, it will reopen the chat to remind one of the admins to followup with the user about the feature being completed.

Nice to have would be the ability to create canny issues directly from the our messenger platform. The Github / Intercom integration does a good job of this (and the first suggestion) https://docs.intercom.com/integrations/github-integration and would be a way to model the features.
