The Help Scout integration platform is still very limited. We are currently unable to build UI into Help Scout for your team to track feedback from within conversations.
However, we are looking into automatically identifying feedback in your Help Scout conversations and pulling that into Canny.

A Help Scout integration would be fantastic. Currently our support team tags Help Scout conversations according to bugs or feature requests so that we can follow up with those folks after the resolution. If it was possible to add feedback directly into Canny from Help Scout, then we would be able to follow through on feedback more consistently than we do now by manually curating Help Scout tags.
From Canny's perspective, I would also think that a direct Help Scout integration would increase the number of tracked users on the feedback boards. Team members would provide more first-hand feedback directly from users and less second-hand feedback would be posted through the team's own Canny accounts.
