I use changelog to inform a variety of clients of new changes to our SaaS product. We have external clients that all changelog entries are relevant to. However, we also have internal stakeholders that most changelog entries are not relevant to (but they still might want to see these entries from time to time). External clients and internal stakeholders are in separate workspaces within Slack, each having a channel with the canny integration for changelog entry events.
It would be incredibly useful to have a filtering capability for changelog entry events that are integrated with different slack channels/workspaces.
Goal: When I use the one Canny account to create a changelog entry, I can select a tag that will allow it to:
  1. Send the entry event to only one slack channel in a particular workspace; or
  2. All slack channels in different workspaces that have this integration from the singular Canny account.
