Show number of votes on linked post in JIRA

In JIRA, you should be able to see how many people voted in Canny. Ideally, show who voted.
Bonus points if it ties into JIRAs native voting capabilities. (Teammate voting in Canny translates to a teammate voting on the issue in JIRA.)

Doesn't need to tie in to native voting for us, but would be very useful to expose the # votes in JIRA for quick reference by a PM.
