Can private board whitelist be modified to allow any user that has that email address without using Google to authenticate? Perhaps just send an email to confirm that they have access to that email address?

You can now let your teammates access your private boards on Canny without G Suite. All they have to do is verify they own an @yourcompany.com email address. Click "Read More" to see our changelog entry.

Private boards with domain restriction should provide signup option

For a private board with a domain restriction, the page shows: "Log in with your <youraccountname> account to access this page."
A link to create an account would be really useful here if not using SSO.
If manually creating accounts rather than using SSO, the simplest solution would be to have a login/signup link there (similar to the front page) rather than requiring the user to go back to the main page and sign up there.

Hi Andy, can you send over a link to the board that this displaying this? Feel free to send it through live chat.

We're needing this too - want to restrict some boards to staff but we're not on Google. Requiring the domain to match would be sufficient without the SSO component for us.

This would definitely help for our Internal boards vs the Customer facing boards. We'd like our staff to be able to either SSO via ADFS or just register and confirm their email address granting them access.
