We have two different teams that are quite secretive on what they are working on and restricting what admins can access what would really help!

This would be very useful for us. It would mean that employees wouldn't have to be Canny "users" if I could assign Contributors or Members to specific Boards (or specific Changelogs if that suggestion gets implemented).

I agree with the sentiment of this post. Within our organization there are MANY different departments (HR, Claims, Policy, Safety, IT, etc.). It makes the most sense for our organization to have boards specific to a department - and as such, we need to grant admin access to various members from each department. The admin from "Claims" does not need admin responsibilities over the "Policy" board. I'm surprised there aren't more votes for this post because this feels like a pretty big gap.

Hi Black Porpoise, it's less likely that we'll look into this as it's not a popular request. Feel free to elaborate on why you would need to restrict privacy from other teammates.

Sarah Hum: We love your roadmap feature. All other tools similar to yours just say to prioritize using Votes but that's crazy because Leadership / Admins have a bigger perspective and can more accurately gauage reach, impact, etc. So we really want to use your product for all Internal Process Improvements. However, this would include a board for Leadership/Team Coach process improvements that we'd like to keep separate from admins (more operational leaders than people leaders) of other boards.

The ability to only give certain users admin access to certain boards, rather than all boards
Bigger organizations track feedback for multiple products. Most employees only care about and need admin privileges for certain boards.
